Visits & Evaluations
Below is an overview of common visits and evaluations offered by our practice. Please contact our office with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
Initial Nephrology Consultation
1 hour | From $212
We will go over your medical history and information. We will design a plan of care to protect your kidneys from damage.
Follow Up Visit
30 min | $113
We review your laboratory and imaging results. Dr. Blandon will make sure your medications are appropriate for your kidney function and that there are no other conditions affecting your kidneys.
Aviation Medical Exam
1 hr | From $115
We provide Class 1, 2 and 3 FAA Medicals, Basic Med, and HIMS evaluations. Pilots will need their MedXpress, Basic Med Checklist or FAA Letter for HIMS.
